Successful Administration of the 1405 Master’s Entrance Examination at Quchan University of Technology
According to the Public Relations Office of Quchan University of Technology, the national Master’s entrance examination for the year 1405 was held successfully on Thursday, Tir 25 (in two sessions, morning and afternoon) and Friday, Tir 26 (morning session), with the participation of 1,360 candidates at Quchan University of Technology, in a calm, orderly, and fully controlled environment. Careful planning, extensive coordination, and round-the-clock efforts by the executive staff paved the way for the successful administration of this national examination at the city level.
During the examination, Dr. Ali Ayati, President of the University, and Mr. Mehrdad Mohajer, Deputy for Planning and Development at the Quchan County Governor’s Office, visited the examination site and closely reviewed the implementation process, the organization of candidates, compliance with examination regulations, and the performance of the executive staff. Expressing their satisfaction with the orderliness and quality of the administration, they expressed their appreciation for the efforts of the university team and the supporting organizations.
The administration of this examination was made possible through the cooperation and support of a range of institutions in Quchan County. The County Governor’s Office provided managerial support; the Law Enforcement Force and Traffic Police ensured security and traffic management; Emergency 115 and the County Health Center deployed relief teams and health supervision; and other service-providing agencies of the county, including the Municipality, the Electricity, Water, and Gas Company, Telecommunications, the Red Crescent, and the Department of Education, all played an effective role in creating suitable conditions for the candidates. The cooperation of these organizations enabled the examination to be held in a safe, calm, and disruption-free environment.
Additionally, the extensive efforts of the executive staff of Quchan University of Technology—including personnel from the educational, research, support, security, services, information technology, procurement, transportation, and university security units—played a primary role in preparing the examination venues, managing the entry and exit of candidates, supervising the examination process, and providing real-time support. The Public Relations Office of the University sincerely expresses its appreciation for the valuable efforts of all these individuals.
It is worth noting that, relying on its experience, interdepartmental coordination, and the support of the county’s organizations, Quchan University of Technology was able to administer the 1405 Master’s entrance examination with desirable quality, exemplary orderliness, and candidate satisfaction.
